The Host with the Most
Dating back to the late 1960s, the planned live, work, play community of Peachtree Corners was a 44-year-long endeavor led by Paul Duke and punctuated with the City's incorporation on July 1, 2012. In just over a decade, Peachtree Corners – Gwinnett County's largest, most diverse city – has seen immense growth and success, including being named Fortune Magazine's 19th Best Place to Live for Families in the U.S. in 2023.
Now, Jamestown and Nuveen Real Estate have partnered with the City's innovative leadership team to create downtown Peachtree Corners through a revitalization of The Forum, a 22-year-old open-air lifestyle center currently being transformed into a mixed-use destination. The training facility is projected to attract 6,000 visitors and generate $4.9 million in tourism revenue annually.
Corners Connector
The City of Peachtree Corners is building an 11.5-mile multi-use trail system dubbed the “Corners Connector” that will cross over The Forum's south end once finished. Designed in response to a Livable Centers Initiative study, the trail meanders through some of the City’s largest commercial properties, including Technology Park: a 500-acre campus of low-rise office buildings and the first component of the City, initiated by Paul Duke in 1967.
Peachtree Corners Town Center
Connected to The Forum via a 190-foot pedestrian bridge suspended over Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree Corners Town Center is a 21-acre mixed-use development with restaurants, retail, offices, townhomes, the 2-plus acre Town Green, a dog park, and playground, including a new space-themed Tot Lot . A key goal of The Forum's redevelopment is to enhance local charm and increase the market's draw by creating a magnetic downtown, anchored by it and Town Center.

The North Plaza is the smaller of two new public gathering spaces to open at The Forum. At 1,700 square feet, it's outfitted with cafe table seating and connected to three small-format shops as well as Politan Row, a 10,000-square-foot food hall featuring space for seven independent food and beverage concepts, a central bar, private event venue, and covered outdoor patio.

The Plaza
The Forum’s central Plaza was unveiled during a ticketed event that generated nearly $7,000 for local nonprofit Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries. The 6,650-square-foot turfed Plaza features a covered, raised performance stage, a 17’ x 10’ LED screen, tables and seating, an optional valet service area, and a 2,500-square-foot jewel box, complete with a rooftop bar overlooking the social gathering space, that will house forthcoming sushi concept Sei Ryu.
A new breezeway with public restrooms was also added at the base of the office building fronting The Plaza, creating a more pedestrian-friendly throughway between the parking lot behind the building and the property's heartbeat. The Plaza now serves as The Forum’s main activation venue. When it’s not in use, guests can enjoy The Plaza at their leisure.
