Santa's Secret 'Stache at Avalon
From mid-November through December 2023, husband-wife duo Walt Geer and Sarah Blackman hosted an immersive, Christmas-themed pop-up at Avalon, activating an unexpectedly vacant space at the heart of the destination throughout the holidays. The experience was the first of its kind to be approved by the Alpharetta City Council and attracted 10,000+ guests over 50 days.

Girl Tribe Co. at Newport on the Levee
Capitalizing on an existing relationship with Charlotte-based, women-led Girl Tribe Co., we partnered with the lifestyle brand to host a three-day, Taylor Swift-themed retail pop-up at Newport on the Levee during the star’s Cincinnati Eras Tour stop. Following its six-figure sales success, Girl Tribe expanded its pop-up program to Avalon and The Forum.

Just four months into its one-year agreement, negotiations began to transition the shop into a long-term deal.
