A Year Worth Celebrating

North American Properties – Atlanta (NAPA) again proved itself in 2023 as one of only few full-service owners/operators and redevelopment specialists in the country’s high-touch, experiential mixed-use space. After navigating COVID in 2020, along with the most impactful federal interest rate policy in 30 years through 2022, we spent the last year executing business plans designed for properties already part of our best-in-class portfolio and achieved historical profits through operations; and 2024 is expected to be even better. This is truly a testament to the world-class team we have working day in and day out to create extraordinary experiences and meaningful value for those we serve.

We are all very fortunate to be in such a position and blessed with ownership and partners that push us to be on our toes rather than our heels. January marks 15 years for me at North American Properties, and as real estate cycles come and go, one thing remains constant: relationships formed on the battlefield are stronger and last much longer, and it has been my absolute pleasure to work with everyone past and present in our NAPA family. To our guests, leaders, partners, and ExperienceMakers®, thank you for making 2023 a resounding success, and cheers to a prosperous year ahead.
